リンデンのサポート
お昼前のこと。
行商広場の管理人のよしくんから、ケータイメールを着信。
なんだか広場のあるSIMに、歩いてもTPでも入れないとのこと。
早速仕事中に、こっそりIN。
確かに誰も入れません。
そこで早速、リンデンのサポートとチャットを開始♪
[06:40 PM] yumix Writer: Hello! My SIM can enter no one any more. Could you restart? The name of SIM is "Yumix Land".
[06:41 PM] ○○ Linden: Hello, yumix Writer. Thank you for contacting Linden Lab Customer Support. I may be busy in other chats at this moment. If you could please describe the issue you are having for me, I will be with you momentarily.
[06:43 PM] yumix Writer: I understood. No one can enter "Yumix Land" which is my SIM at present. But the SIM can see from next SIM. I think some failures occur in my SIM. Please restart SIM.
[06:44 PM] ○○ Linden: Let me see what I can find out, yumix. One moment please.
[06:44 PM] yumix Writer: OK
[06:47 PM] ○○ Linden: Could you go ahead and try to get in again? I've passed the information to a technician and they have fixed the issue.
[06:47 PM] yumix Writer: OK I try now
[06:48 PM] yumix Writer: A problem was settled. I always thank kind correspondence for your quickness.
[06:48 PM] ○○ Linden: Excellent! Glad we fixed it. Is there anything else I can help you with this evening, yumix?
[06:49 PM] yumix Writer: Thank you very much. A problem was settled. I'm satisfied. So that nice one day may come for you.

トラブルは、難なく解消。
サポートにチケットを出して回答を待つよりも、圧倒的に早くて助かります。
リンデンさんの対応は、迅速で親切でした。（*^_^*）
そしてSIMに入れなかったトラブルの影響か、ミニマップを見ると隣のSIMとの境目に動かない点を発見。
早速、現地に急行。
ということで、お隣のSIMも再起動をかけて救出♪
今朝のメインランドでの不具合といい、しばらくは調子が悪いのかもですねぇ～
今日も用務員らしいことができて、トラブルながらちょっぴり嬉しく思った私でした。ｗ
